I was going through the archives and rediscovered a speaking promo for a presentation I gave called Keeping Sane.
This was at least three years ago and was the perfect narrative after Hurricane Harvey unleashed its wrath on the State of Texas. Especially Houston.
After reports of health care workers taking their own lives and people ready to get out of the house, this pandemic has us all a little bit on edge. Divorce and domestic abuse numbers are all on the rise.
We’re all feeling it right now. Some more than others.
So, I thought I’d share the video with you all here. I want you all to take care of yourselves. I’d like for us all to emerge from this—sanity intact.
