By applying, you confirm:

- Funds received will not be used for illegal or harmful purposes.
- You understand that receiving a grant does not create an employee or contractor relationship with This Woman Knows.
- This grant is a one-time award with no guarantee of renewal or additional funding.
- TWK reserves the right to use anonymized or quoted excerpts from your application for reporting or promotional purposes (with your written permission if identifying information is included).
Tax Responsibility
Grant recipients are solely responsible for reporting any grant funds received to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and for paying any applicable taxes.
This Woman Knows will not issue a 1099 form or any tax documentation. Please consult a tax professional if you have questions about how to report grant funds.
