Cypress African Dance Class and Marketplace

When We Meet

Beginning in October, we’ll meet every first and third Saturday of the month.

The class held on the first of each month is for adults. The class held on the third of each month is family friendly so bring the kiddos!

Cost

The cost is $15 per class.

Children under the age of 12 are free.

You can pay at the door. Cash accepted (exact change, please). Debit and credit cards also accepted. No checks.

Waiver

All dance class participants must have a waiver on file in order to participate. Click here to download the waiver.

What to Wear

Come comfortable! Wear your yoga pants and tank tops. You can even wear an African print skirt or fabric around your waist. African dance is to dance barefoot but if you prefer you can wear soft-soled dance shoe.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at our African Rhythm & Dance Class and Marketplace!

We’re looking for:

• Handmade items (such as soaps, body products, etc.)
• African inspired jewelry
• Candles/Incense
• African garments & fabrics
• Natural hair care products
• Food Vendors (Vegan, Vegetarian, Healthy snacks appreciated)
• Holiday Items (Christmas, Kwanzaa, Hannakuh)

Booth Info and Costs

Booth includes one (1) 6-foot table and two chairs. If power is required, please let us know ahead of time. You’ll need to bring your own table covering.

Our introductory cost for booth space is $25/event.

Vendor Contract

All participants must fill out and submit our vendor contract. That form can be downloaded here. Contracts without payment are void. Email completed forms to info@prettyworkcreative.com.

We strive not to have duplicate product offerings for the benefit of vendor and marketplace attendees therefore first paid and signed contract received will be granted space in the marketplace.
